Meet Jessica Hoffman
Jessica Hoffman is the owner of West Branch Drafting, located on the beautiful West Branch of the Ausable River in Lake Placid, New York. Jessica is an Adirondack local with more than 20 years of custom design and drafting experience.
Dedicated to Design + Professionalism
Jessica began working in the field of Architectural Design in 2000 after studying interior design in Albany. She began her career working with a renowned local architect in Saranac Lake, New York during which time she gained invaluable experience working on a range of projects throughout the Adirondack Park, including Adirondack style Great Camps, majestic Boat Houses, and renovations of some of the most prominent architecture that is known as the Adirondack influence.
In 2010, after a decade spent perfecting her craft, Jessica began to forge her own path by taking on solo projects. In 2015, she established West Branch Drafting offering a unique range of stylistic expression, from the modern and minimalistic to the majestic and the rustic.

With a rich family history rooted five generations deep, Jessica has embraced and nurtured her raw connections to the area, the community, and the elements. Born in Saranac Lake, NY Jessica currently makes her home in Lake Placid, NY with her husband (a fellow local business owner) and their two children. Along with being a proud momma and a loving wife, Jessica loves to travel and loves her dogs.

Jessica’s network extends throughout the construction and design industries, including engineers, contractors, and other designers right down to connections with local lumber yards, cabinet makers, and tradespeople. She also has extensive experience working with the region’s governing agencies and regulators to ensure that each project obtains all of the appropriate permits and approvals necessary for compliance. She is always happy to offer recommendations for any service you may need.

In addition to being the executive owner and designer at West Branch Drafting, Jessica also lends her expertise as an exclusive consultant and designer for Maple Trail Homes, a modular home retailer for the Adirondack region. With Jessica’s expertise, Maple Trail Homes offers customized modular homes, each with the added benefit of having Jessica’s creative and professional skillset made available throughout the customization process.
